Mon BonBon was founded by Asha North and is being launched in 2023.
Having grown up in France and Belgium, surrounded by patisseries and boulangeries, and where eating chocolate was an every day occurrence, a love of chocolate was inevitable.
Asha decided to learn how to make chocolates for herself and undertook a few day courses before enrolling on and completing Ecole Chocolat's Professional Chocolatier Programme in 2016.
Taking time to perfect her techniques and developing recipes, and testing her creations on friends and family, she then decided to launch her online treat shop.
